Cocktails, conversation and creativity come together at Clarkston’s Picasso’s Grapevine. The paint studio’s grand opening is Saturday, July 12 with special events all day 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. including wine tastings and one-hour drop-in sessions and hourly drawings for free two-hour painting sessions, and one grand-prize drawing for a free private two-hour painting session for 10 guests. There will also be a family/kids session, 10 a.m. – noon, featuring a snowflake design painting, especially for ages 7 and up. The cost is $25 per painter.

Picasso’s Grapevine is a new, casual, come-as-you-are, all-ages art studio at 12 South Main Street – in downtown Clarkston. (next door to the Union Woodshop Restaurant). Private painting parties offer opportunities for friends, co-workers, family members, or any group to complete their artwork with step-by-step instructions, in a casual atmosphere and they can bring their own bottle of wine to get the creative juices flowing.
