*Self-Directed Open Studio (Use Picasso’s supplies) = $20

Cornhole / Beanbag Toss Games:
*Gameboard class = $150 (Includes 2 boards-regulation size)
*Bean Bags (set of 8) = $25
*Assembly fee = $20 (if ordering a board for us to complete without attending a class)
*Travel bag for game = $30
*Custom created game board = $20 design fee

*Fundraising Paint classes = $30. The party host can choose to charge any amount of $40 or more, with the proceeds above $40 going towards your organization.
*Fundraising Pallet Wood Sign classes = $50. You charge $65 to the attendees – with $15 going to your cause.

Can I rent space at Picasso’s for group meetings?

Having a great time and want to stay longer? For an additional $100 we can extend your fun for an additional hour. This is a great option for birthday parties and showers to have time for gift opening! Let the good times continue! (The extended time does need to be arranged in advance.) Otherwise – we ask that you are courteous towards the party members that have scheduled a party right after yours:)

Private paint parties = 10 person min.
Private paint party (M-F before 4:pm) = 5 person min
Private Pallet Wood Sign Class (Fri & Sat) = 10 person min.
Private Pallet Wood Sign Class (Sun – Thurs) = 5 person min.
Fund Raisers = 15 person min.
Mobile Party = 20 person min
Open Paint sessions = 4 person min to hold a class

Attire is up to you – just be aware that we are using acrylic paint. We provide aprons – but they don’t cover everything. If you should drop some paint on your attire – cold water quickly applied is the best method – but we offer no guarantees nor take responsibility for damaged personal belongings.

Allow an extra 15-20 minutes for a Friday & Saturday evening class to coordinate parking. It’s a hoppin little town on the weekends! Painting will begin no later than 10 minutes after the start.

We provide all the necessary tools for your painting or Pallet Wood Sign Class. For painting, we supply…canvas, brushes, palettes, paint, aprons and step-by-step instructions from a local artist. For sign classes we supply wood, drills, stain, paint, stencils, sand paper, and anything else you will need to complete your board. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and light snack. We have cups, ice, bottle openers, and wine bottle openers.

We do provide the use of blow dryers to speed up the drying process so you can be sure to share your creation with your friends and family members that day.

Of course come on your own and have fun. You may meet new friends and find a fun new hobby.

No … We do need time to prepare for this type of class and registration will need to be completed by 24 hours prior to the event.

Yes for paint classes … if its the last minute, but call for class availability. (We do prefer that you register before you come to insure there is space.)

Absolutely! We also have an art gallery where we feature the work of local artists that are for sale. Picasso’s Grapevine is committed to promoting the arts within our community.

You must cancel 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule. No refunds, however we will honor a store credit that does not expire.

On occasion, we may need to cancel a class. If we do not get at least 4 registered painters or pallet sign creators, we reserve the right to cancel an open session. In the event we have to cancel a class for minimal registration, your registration fee will be refunded. Weather and other extraordinary conditions may require us to cancel a class as well. In the event we have to cancel a class for weather, we will retain your credit with the store that will never expire.

Not a problem! We offer monthly S.O.S. sessions on the 15th which are free of charge and open to anyone that needs some extra time and help to finish their incomplete painting. Although – we rarely have people who do not finish in time.
